With over 15 years of dedicated planning expertise at leading consultancies, and an excellent track record gained in the process, Sally has successfully secured planning permission for complex and challenging projects across all sectors.
She specialises in managing high-end residential and bespoke planning projects, particularly in London and the Home Counties, and has extensive experience of dealing with listed buildings and projects in conservation areas.
Sally approaches her projects with passion, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, and feels strongly that all projects should be carefully crafted and curated. Her passion for great design, knowledge of planning policy and best practice, and her ability to make and nurture positive relationships combine to help achieve the best outcome for her clients.
Over the years, Sally has built up a trusted team of co-consultants including Heritage, Tree, Daylight and Sunlight, Transport, Acoustic and Communications specialists, and by using her contacts in these fields, will be able to help identify the ideal team for your project.
Sally’s Qualifications:
First class honours degree in Geography and Archaeology (BA Hons) from the University of Manchester and holds a Masters in Planning (MPLAN) from the same institution.
Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (AIEMA).
Completed a course in ‘Western Architecture’ at The University of Oxford to build her knowledge and acquire expertise in building design.
